Mr. Sebaggala Ali is one of the founding partners and is also the Managing Partner at the firm. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Hons) from Makerere University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, a Diploma in Taxation from the East African School of Law and Taxation.

He is a gentleman of high integrity, a versatile and distinguished litigator with a noteworthy career spanning over 22 years having previously worked as an Advocate with the M/s Faisal Mukasa & Co. Advocates (now Fides Legal Advocates), a reputable law firm with over 30 years of existence.

Mr. Ali Sebaggala Sengendo is a Director of M/s First Insurance Company Limited, the Chairperson Board of Governors-Masaka Secondary School, a Board Member at the House of Zakat and Waqf Uganda as well as the legal counsel with the Uganda Muslim Education Association (UMEA).

He has also previously worked as Senior Lecturer at Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU). He is a member of the Board of Governors - Kibuli Primary Teachers College, Kibuli Demonstration Primary School, Global Junior School, Mukono.

Mr. Sebaggala’s areas of Interest include but are not limited to; Land transactions and conveyance, corporate law, institutions law, Insurance law, Debt collection/recovery Tax and Revenue law, Corporate Law, Banking law, Contract, Intellectual property, Sale of goods and International trade. He has and continues to represent clients in high profile cases and is in charge of the litigation department at the firm.
