Mark Musinguzi joined the firm in 2020 soon after completing his diploma in legal Practice at the Law Development Centre.
He brings to the MSM Advocates firm a wealth of experience and knowledge in the regulatory and statutory requirements in the various company registries and Courts.
He has worked on a number of assignments where showing a particular interest in Taxation, Corporate Finance, particularly debt securities and Company Secretarial Services and works closely with the Commercial and Corporate Department providing research and legal advisory services in corporate law and Finance.
