Mr. Henry is one of the founding partners at the firm and an Advocate of the High Court and all courts subordinate thereto.
He holds a Masters of Laws in Human Rights and International Labour Rights from University of Pretoria, South Africa, IDLC (IDLO-Italy), Masters in Oil and Gas Law-Energy Petroleum and Natural Resources from the Universities of Aberdeen and Dundee, Scotland, U.K. Advance Diploma ESCR (Finland), a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Law Development Centre (LDC) Kampala and a Bachelor Degree of Laws (Hons) from Makerere University Kampala and his areas of specialty are; Environment al Law and Policy, Civil Law and Practice, Legislative drafting, Land matters and Practice, Domestic Relations, Intellectual Property law and Policy, Human rights and Mr. Mwebe boosts with a wealth of experience in legal practice and high orator skills having Previously worked as a partner at M/s Bwengye & Co. Advocates, Mwebe & Co. Advocates as well as the Acting Director - Legal Makerere University.
Mr. Mwebe is also a former senior lecturer at Faculty of Law Uganda Christian University particularly supervising candidates of Masters of Art in Human Rights, and Masters of Arts in Peace and Conflict Resolutions.
